CLIENT OBJECTIVES - The University sought an architectural statement that would support its growth mission. It would accomplish this through the establishment of a place to share important academic and cultural programs in the arts, history, and music with the University and the community at large. This would require an art gallery; museum space for the extraordinary collection of rare, American political and presidential memorabilia; new spaces created for academic programs and offices; and a new a state-of-the-art conference center.
