CONCEPT - The design maximizes the corner location, but more importantly is harmonious with the surrounding residential area. While the underlying siting addresses the needs of the emergency vehicles, the design seeks sympathy of scale and form with the local one-and two-story singly-family homes, breaking what might have become an over-scaled building into an articulated composition of smaller elements.
