CONCEPT - Careful planning resulted in a simple and compact building plan which protects the open green space and brings natural light into the building interiors. Subtle expression of interior functions are conveyed to exterior forms in the new structure. The new structure houses the majority of instructional and assembly spaces, while the Shepard House is utilized for small group meeting spaces, adminsitration, and a state of the art library / media center on its second floor.
