OVERVIEW - With its decision to rehabilitate the 17-acre former Colt Firearms complex, Homes for America Holdings, Inc. asked us to develop a master plan for redevelopment. Our master plan for Colt Gateway entails renovations to exteriors and interiors for mixed-uses comprised residential and commercial space, totaling over 600,000 sq. ft. This master plan lays the groundwork for turning these deteriorating buildings into a vital downtown neighborhood, as well as a regional educational resource.
