OVERVIEW - The Town determined that an existing school needed to be demolished and rebuilt due to the build up of mold and unhealthy air quality. Our firm was engaged to design a new 74,000 s.f. school to house approximately 490 K-5 students on the same site. The new school was completed under budget and opened on schedule for start of school September 2003.
